The house and Senate are still representative. I bet you don't even know the REASONING for the electoral college originally

@KeithBurgin @DianeKrey @robreiner You can consider state population without saying the system currently uses a popular vote system. Which is exactly what I was doing. Wyoming has an outsized political voice because there are fewer citizens/ voters per elector. This means that each elector carries greater weight.
