Since I didn’t have the energy to walk ( even on the treadmill ) for a few days I painted a rock to keep me motivated.

“I did it !
I thought I was a pretty fast walker but I was wrong. COVID was able to catch me when I was almost at my goal.
the difference it is making to my health. I originally committed to 1000 kms but thought I could do 1500. I have a new goal to get to for my 60th birthday in Aug — and I actually believe I can do it. I didn’t have that kind of belief in myself in Jan so there’s another big plus.”
