@AirtelNigeria there should be a reasonable solution for a customer who is willing to upgrade and pay the additional cost.

@AirtelNigeria dismissive, and inconsiderate attitude of the staff. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, they treated me poorly, leaving me with no confidence in the customer service your brand claims to provide.
I was so frustrated that I left the phone at the office because I believe

@AirtelNigeria I immediately returned to the office and requested to swap the phone for another model that supports these features, with the understanding that I would pay the price difference. Unfortunately, my request was outrightly refused.
What was even more disappointing was the rude,

1. No checkbox to tick
2. Clicking "Accept" doesn't work
