@Oludeewon Unpopular opinion. I understand that there's discrimination against HND in Nigeria but if you build yourself as a person, you'll realize that having HND instead of BSc is not the problem. I have HND and it has never impacted my career, business or academic trajectory.

@IkeOkosa@tegaigere Yes startups are creating opportunities in Africa but employees have bills to pay. If startups cannot match up the pay offered by bigger coys, how about offering a flexible work arrangement that allows their top employees earn dual income while still fulfilling their job duties?
