@Gamer0031 @jtexpressme @shoptemu JT Express is pathetic! delivery agents have no accountability and they do as they like and the management doesn't seem to be interested in improving its pathetic service levels. @shoptemu use a good delivery provider as this will negatively impact on your image and business

My parcel is stuck with delivery agents for 4 days and they are lying and rescheduling the delivery by themselves. They didn't reach me and i didn't reschedule delivery. even tried to contact them but they aren't interested in delivering. Pathetic service!

@Gamer0031 @jtexpressme @shoptemu I had to deal with JT Express recently and they are the worst courier service company in saudi. Their delivery agents are a joke. They will just keep on rescheduling your parcel with fake comments. Best of luck dealing with them. @shoptemu change your incompetent delivery partner
