@G4NSJ The Kenwood TS-570D, what a lovely radio that is. We used one for many years as our main radio at Amberley Museum. We would probably still be using it today, if one of our members hadn't died a few years ago and bequeathed us his Icom IC-7300. 73!

The third 433 Alive activity event is this afternoon between 1300 and 1600 BST. Not a contest, but simplex FM contacts on #70cms I will be at Epsom Downs with the Sutton and Cheam ARS using their club callsign G2XP. Calling on 433.500MHz then QSY. #UHF #amateurradio #hamr

Lots of interest from the public this morning at the GB 8O FP (Ferring Pillbox) station. They have already reached their goal of contacting the Normandy beaches on HF.

@G4GUO I went down to visit later on, and HF conditions had definitely improved. They had a very nice collection of antennas and radios. I'm sure they will be successful on Thursday - they deserve to be. I'll be listening on 40m, 2m and 70cms. 73 from Ed M0MNG.

@theRSGB These were my results on 15 meters, TX and RX from Sunday morning to Tuesday evening. 5 Watts from my IC7300 into my inverted-V 40 meter dipole, acting as a 3 x 1/2 waves antenna. I hope the data helps :-) It was good fun and thanks to the RSGB for the idea. 73 from Ed M0MNG.
