Excited to share my latest review article on the impact of #menopause on #MultipleSclerosis in Autoimmunity Reviews! 🌟It explores the relationship between menopause and MS, shedding light on how hormonal changes can influence MS trajectory 🧠 👉 https://t.co/fwnpwQtEpE
@anneke_vdw @CCSNeurosci @vjokubaitis@HelmutButz Thank you! Could not have done it without you all. It's been such a great experience and environment to do it.
WE ARE RECRUITING! A dream job for a neurology trainee who wants to be a subspecialist Neuroimmunologist. This is a full-time position with research and clinical requirements, starting in Feb 2023. https://t.co/PIRmpS80Wf

@MSJ_Research@MSBase_Registry Evidence to guide DMT switches is needed. Here, the hazard of 6m-CDP on ocrelizumab was predicted by longer washouts (>2m) from the prior DMT. Switch from fingolimod was independently associated with a greater short-term relapse hazard (first 3m on ocrelizumab).
Very happy to share our new paper in @MSJ_Research: we looked at relapses and disability progression in 1096 patients from the @MSBase_Registry after they switched to ocrelizumab from a prior DMT.

@vjokubaitis Dear Melbournians, I am basically from the huddle you do not have a great day is it possible to get a chance to look at the Bar might be a good time to go the next few days and I will be in the lab when I didn't understand that you are not the intended recipient
Anyone want to join a vibrant and innovative team?? We are advertising for a MSNI @AlfredHealth Senior research nurse coordinator and a Ethics and admin officer! PM me for details! @LouiseRath2 @MSResearchAust @MSNA_Inc
@skyekinder I guess one of the rebuttals from the anti-vax and anti-mask perspective would be that schools and childcares (even private) do it (no jab no play), and businesses did it for masks.
Risk of infection in MS patients on Ocrelizumab is not uniform. Increasing IgA and IgG were associated with reduced odds of infection. Hot off the press - read Nabil Seery's paper below. Well done Nabil!

Very pleased to share this review of rituximab pharmacogenetics. Variants that affect rheumatology and haematology outcomes may well be relevant to MS monoclonal agents. Just published in Neurotherapeutics, it's viewable here: https://t.co/yv0Ahio2UC.
