@ukinaustralia Ok this is obviously not ideal, but do you not think that this is due to the pure lack of communication from yourselves and airlines in the first place? Please put your focus into ensuring airlines aren’t absolutely ripping off customers for flights that will be cancelled...

@ukinaustralia hello there! I’m currently stuck in Australia due to cancelled flights, travel restrictions and border closures. I have contacted my airline who have confirmed flights are grounded and can’t help. There is no way out. What can I do? My visa expires in May. Thanks!
