Girls, this is a reminder that your body is an amānah, so take care of it for the sake of Allah.
Drink enough water to stay hydrated.

It is recommended for a person, when he sees his friend distressed or sad, to speak to him in a way that makes him laugh, or occupies him and cheers his heart.

The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Whoever would love to be pleased with his record, let him increase in istighfar [seeking forgiveness].”

Increase in seeking forgiveness for it contains great good in this worldly life and the hereafter.
Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymīn رحمه الله on morning and evening adhkar:
“The daily adhkār (remembrances) are like a strong fortress—stronger than the wall of Ya'jooj and Ma'jooj. But sadly, many people don’t know about them. Even among those who do, many neglect them. And even those who recite them, often do so with hearts that are not focused. This is a shortcoming.
If people were to stick to these daily adhkār as taught in the Shariah, they would be protected from many harms.”

Men that have Gheērāh are very rare, societies is filled with Ad-Dayyuth.
The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said:
“There are three upon whom Allāh has made Paradise Ḥarām (forbidden):
• The one addicted to intoxicants
• The one who is disobedient (to his parents)
• And the Dayyooth
