@Thisrandomdood I wonder if such oblivion is a curse or a blessing. Because if one is oblivious they are exempted from.the burdens of the conscience. They can be anything, do anything, and cannot be faulted for it either
If you hate billionaires, go all the way, pussy.
Ditch the iPhone, the laptop, the tablet.
Get off the internet.
No Amazon, no big box stores, no Starbucks.
Grow your own food. Thrift your clothes. Walk everywhere.
And obviously no working for, buying from, or interacting with any company that scales beyond a farmers market.
Enjoy your abundance.
No one knows you. No one has a story about who you are. No one is waiting for you to be the person you were yesterday. You're just a stranger in a chair by the window, watching a city that doesn't need anything from you.
It's the feeling that anything could happen. That the world is bigger than the walls you built around yourself back home. That the life you've been living is just one version of a life, and there are others, and they're not as far away as you thought.
At home, you're fixed. Known. You fit into a shape that other people recognize, and after a while, you forget you're even in a shape at all. But here, alone, somewhere new, the shape dissolves. You could be anyone. You could be more of yourself than you've ever been. No one is watching to see if you stay consistent.
I’m having a coffee and need to get something off my chest, so I’m gonna start typing…
I have been going through a spiritual transformation for the last five years.
Like most people, it started quietly and then accelerated, almost turbo righteousness.
Everything changed after I was raided by the government and forced into retirement.
That moment could have broken me, but chose to turn it into fuel. As many of you know my motto is turn every negative into a positive and I applied that again.
I didn’t sulk, I leveled up again.
I am a better man today than I have ever been. I walk a more righteous path than I ever have, and I intend to stay on it. Over the last 6 months the growth has deepened even more. It is happening naturally, beyond my control, and that is what makes it fascinating. This is why I’m typing.
I no longer care about approval at all. I no longer care how I am perceived, at all. I still carry myself with discipline and finesse because that is who I am, but vanity has fallen away almost completely. The need to be liked has fallen away.
I simply do not care.
What matters to me is becoming a better person every single day.
Aside from my family, nothing else competes for that priority.
That clarity is my new freedom.
I have spoken about leaving this app, and I took a long break that confirmed something I already believed.
The future is disconnection.
Real life is the true signal. Digital life is the dark dread and noise.
I never had social media beyond this platform after my government battles, and neither does my family. That was intentional and always will be the ultimate strategy. Helps when your wife doesn’t care for it.
The only reason I remain here is simple. This space allows me to help people, and helping people makes me better.
If I can teach someone about finance, about discipline, about sobriety, about being a stronger father, a better husband, a more grounded human, then this place still has purpose.
I am not a guru. I am not here to preach. I am sharing what I have lived.
I grew up in the streets of NYC. I built warehouses across the world. I helped shape how organic baby formula is bought and sold globally. I have lived many lives in one lifetime, and that experience carries extreme weight.
I’ve had an explosive life…
When I share it and it helps someone, that creates meaning for me.
The growth happening inside me is unstoppable now. I do not resist it and instead I let it move through me.
Like a lion.
The less I care about myself, the more I am able to serve others. The more I serve others, the more grounded I become.
That is the righteous path.
So, a 31 year old man, with a wife and 2 small children has been taken way too soon because of his thoughts. Charlie engaged anyone who disagreed with him by his words. Your only ability to silence him was with bullets? How pathetic your cause, how horrid your solution. But you continue to create an obscure narrative that we (conservatives) are the gun problem in the US. Sorry libs, fuck you.
Ozzy's final performance of Mama I'm Coming Home on July 5th is possibly the most emotional performance in the history of metal & everyone who watched it felt something powerful together, something so rare. This will truly live on forever.
