Pldt update: a technician came pero naka motor lang. So as predicted, spot check lang ginawa after 12 days of LOS. Sabi nya they will send a secondary team to fix the broken box. So, one week ulit @PLDT_Cares ? 😜 PLDC CS is so incompetent. Buti nalang nag @enjoyGLOBE na kami.

@PLDT_Cares more than a week now and all i still hear is “escalated”, “urgent”, “priority” and not even a tech visit. We might be switching to @enjoyGLOBE completely and scrap pldc for their lousy service.
