@facegamefps The reason why i mentioned for you to test the iGPU, is because Asus (by default) disables the iGPU on first boot on their intel boards. So if the iGPU is broken, it wont boot on the AsRock board on defaults.

They are definitely gas lighting you.
The issue is that the dealership =|= is not Hyundai/Kia.
The dealer has to advocate for you, and if you are not their ‘customer’ ie did you buy the vehicle from them? & get it serviced with that dealership then they won’t ’waste their time’ advocating/fighting hyundai/kia for you to get something warrantied.

Ask for Hyundai/Kia’s district manager It’s like a brand ambassador. Or hope someone at Hyundai/Kia watches your content.

And in all honesty, it’s not the end of the world, the car probably has an issue any decent tech can probably figure out. So start looking for a REPUTABLE shop that specializes in DIAGNOSTICS.
