@SW_Help The guard should not have pointed and said there is a ramp down there to exit the station if he was not sure. Fortunately was able to help the man, however he could have been stranded.

@SW_Help tonight you assisted a man in a wheelchair off the train at Esher and pointed to the ramp. Which doesn’t exist. Luckily he was able to take apart his wheel chair and bump down steps backwards, no staff at station to help. Poor form #whatinclusivity
