@virginmedia have the WORST customer service. Call to query a bill and get “I’ve sent you a link. Goodbye” & cut off is damn rude. I’ve checked my bill, it’s wrong, hence the call. Eventually manage to talk to human and they don’t know why it’s wrong but say it should fix itself!
