imagine how I excited I was @waitrose when I saw your tiramisu hot chocolate. Sadly what arrived was picture two hadn’t even taken a sip. There was no whipped cream on-top or sprinkles, the cup had drips all the way down the side. I was extremely disappointed in the flavour.
