Ham Radio. I presently operate on FM satellites AO-91, SO-50, AO-27, ISS and LilacSat2. Linear Satellites soon. UPDATE: March 2023, now on Linear Satellites.
@KN4ZUJ_EL89@ure_n8@ko4pdi@Xe1ydkGil@xe1ET_Candy@xe1evp@Ak3y I receive that I need administrative privileges but it let me copy and paste from outside of the program. I copied file to desktop, edited it and then copied and pasted it back. It could be that you’re using an older version?
@KN4ZUJ_EL89@ure_n8@ko4pdi@Xe1ydkGil@xe1ET_Candy@xe1evp@Ak3y Hi Ron,
It’s possible with the earlier version you won’t be able to add 15 sats. When I tried it on earlier versions it didn’t work for me either. What I did was I added one additional satellite at a time by editing the file. A bit of work but it then worked for me.
@KN4ZUJ_EL89@ure_n8@ko4pdi@Xe1ydkGil@xe1ET_Candy@xe1evp@Ak3y Do you have more than 15 satellites in the file? I recently changed mine. I took out AO-92 and FO-118 as they’re dead satellites. If you want, I can email you the text file I use.
@YOTA_YS@NU1U_ant A wonderful person has left us all way to early. I met both Bean and Ant on the Satellite Get Together in September '22 and it was great meeting you both. We had many many great contacts. I am sure I speak for everyone that knows Bean that she will surely be missed by all.
@KN4ZUJ_EL89 I’ve done the GD-77 updates. Do you have CAS-5A (FO-118) on your GD-77 list? If not, I can help you add it if you’d like. I know it’s not been active on FM for a bit but I’m sure it will fire up again soon on the FM
@KN4ZUJ_EL89 SO50 was a 88 degree pass here. I was using my Arrow handheld with my Kenwood TM-V71A. Sat was okay here. The FN00 was N3ZRA Butler PA. W1HQ - ARRL Radio lab out Newington CT, KB1HY New Hartford and KD2VLQ Mountain Lakes, NJ were also on. What was your elevation angle?
