بدقسمتی سے، آج ہمارا عدالتی نظام اس معیار کے بالکل برعکس کھڑا ہے۔ انصاف نہ صرف تاخیر کا شکار ہے، بلکہ دانستہ طور پر دبایا جا رہا ہے۔ مجھے اور میری اہلیہ کو صرف سیاسی انتقام کا نشانہ بنا کر قید میں رکھا گیا ہے۔ میرے وکلا اور اہل خانہ سے ملاقات نہ ہونے دینا ان جعلی مقدمات کی قلعی کھول دیتا ہے۔

خواتین کے ساتھ جو غیر انسانی سلوک روا رکھا جا رہا ہے، وہ پوری دنیا کے سامنے پاکستان کا امیج تباہ کر رہا ہے۔ ڈاکٹر یاسمین راشد کو مسلسل جیل میں رکھنا، عالیہ حمزہ کی بلاجواز گرفتاری، اور بشریٰ بی بی کو ایسے مقدمے میں سزا دینا جس سے ان کا کوئی تعلق ہی نہیں، اس انتقامی طرز سیاست کا واضح ثبوت ہے۔

عدالتوں کو مفلوج کر دیا گیا ہے۔ مجھے اپنے وکلا سے ملاقات کی اجازت نہیں دی جا رہی۔ کورٹ پیکنگ کے ذریعے انصاف کی راہ میں رکاوٹیں کھڑی کر دی گئی ہیں۔ اس کا مقصد یہ ہے کہ:
1. میرے کیسز کی سنوائی ہی نہ ہو تاکہ جھوٹے مقدمات میں مجھے قید رکھا جا سکے۔
2. الیکشن کے بعد بننے والے جعلی حکومتی سیٹ اپ کو قانونی تحفظ دیا جا سکے۔

افغان مہاجرین سے متعلق موجودہ پالیسی ہرگز درست نہیں۔ ان کے ساتھ روا رکھا جانے والا سلوک اور زبردستی ملک بدری کے اقدامات ملک میں مزید بدامنی اور نفرت کو ہوا دے رہے ہیں۔ اس کے ساتھ بلوچستان طرز کے اغوا کے واقعات رپورٹ ہو رہے ہیں جو کہ انتہائی قابل تفشیش ہیں- “فیصلہ سازوں” کی غلط پالیسیوں کے نتائج کا ملبہ خیبرپختونخوا کی صوبائی حکومت پر آئے گا اس لیے علی امین کو ان معاملات پر ایکشن لینا چاہیے- دھاندلی کے کیسز ایک سال سے لٹکے ہوئے ہیں ، اس حوالے سے جنید اکبر سیاسی اور احتجاجی حکمت عملی بنائیں-

Former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Conversation with Lawyers at Adiala Jail - February 25, 2025

“We will fight until the very end for the genuine freedom of our country.

Adiala Jail is being unlawfully controlled by a Colonel, which is entirely illegal. According to the jail manual, the jail authorities should be in charge, yet this Colonel disregards the law and has taken complete control. Despite being permitted by prison regulations, my meetings with my wife have been repeatedly obstructed. This is the third time that I have been denied a meeting with Bushra Bibi. Even though there are court orders, I am not allowed to meet her. I am also prevented from meeting political figures. People travel great distances to see me, yet they are forced to wait for hours and ultimately denied permission. Even my books are being withheld. The purpose of all these actions is to increase pressure on me and my wife, but we will not break!

Our petitions regarding human rights violations are still pending in the Lahore High Court before Justice Baqar Najafi, the Islamabad High Court, and the Supreme Court, yet no hearings have taken place. The sanctity of homes and personal privacy is being violated, and unlawful raids are being carried out. We are not even allowed to hold a rally or a convention. The Constitution grants us the right to assemble, yet our constitutional rights are being taken away. Human rights are being trampled upon across the country, and we are living in an era of utter despondency.

Pakistan has long been recognized internationally due to its cricketing prowess, but now, even this sector is being destroyed because of the appointment of favored individuals. What credibility does Mohsin Naqvi have besides being a pawn of the establishment? He has wreaked havoc on cricket. The entire cricket system functions under the chairman’s supervision, yet Mohsin Naqvi has no experience in this field. It is essential for a bowler to play Test cricket to build stamina, but selections are now being made of players who have never played a single Test match. When I was Prime Minister, I appointed Ramiz Raja as Chairman—an experienced cricketer.

When Mohsin Naqvi was first appointed as the caretaker Chief Minister, his tenure was marked with unprecedented human rights violations. On February 8th (2024), the largest electoral fraud in the country's history occurred under his supervision, where he oversaw electoral manipulation in Punjab. Now, as Interior Minister, the law-and-order situation in Pakistan has worsened. He has failed in every domain. Mohsin Naqvi considers Asif Zardari his role model — the same Asif Zardari who is known worldwide as "Mr. Ten Percent". What kind of performance can be expected from someone who idolizes him?

Only the party officials appointed by me to do so are authorized to issue party policy statements.

Party discipline is of utmost importance. The battle is against external adversaries, but speaking against our own members and diverting attention from the real issues only serves the agenda of other parties. Sher Afzal Marwat did not refrain from making controversial statements despite my repeated warnings, which is why he has been expelled from the party.”

میں اپنی ذات کے لیے کوئی ڈیل یا اپنی جماعت کے لیے کسی سے کوئی رعایت نہیں مانگ رہا- بطور سابق وزیراعظم اور محب وطن پاکستانی مجھے صرف اپنی فوج کی ساکھ کی بحالی اور وطن عزیز کا مفاد مقصود ہے۔ اس امر کے باوجود کہ فوج دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ لڑ رہی ہے اورروزانہ شہادتیں ہو رہی ہیں، اسٹیبلشمنٹ کی پالیسیوں کے باعث عوام اور فوج کے درمیان ہم آہنگی نہیں ہے۔

میں آئی ایس پی آر سے کہتا ہوں کہ جھوٹا بیانیہ نہ دیا کریں۔ بار بار یہ کہنا کہ فوج سیاست میں مداخلت نہیں کرتی، قوم کی عقل کی توہین ہے۔ سوشل میڈیا کے اس دور میں کوئی چیز نہیں چھپ سکتی، ملک کا بچہ بچہ واقف ہے کہ آرمی چیف ہی اس ملک کا نظام چلاتے ہیں۔ انتخابات میں دھاندلی ہو یا اراکین پارلیمینٹ کی خرید و فروخت، عدلیہ کی تباہی ہو یا عوامی رائے دہی پر قدغن کے کالے قانون، ناصرف ہماری باشعور قوم بلکہ عالمی برادری کو بھی معلوم ہے کہ اس کے پیچھے کون سے "نامعلوم” ہاتھ کارفرما ہیں۔ لہذا میری ان سے گزارش ہے کہ غلط بیانی سے گریز کیا کریں کیونکہ یہ صرف من حیث الادارہ فوج کی بدنامی کا سبب بنتی ہے۔

میں پانچ نکات پر روشنی ڈالوں گا جس کی وجہ سے پاکستان آج تباہی کے دہانے پر کھڑا ہے:

۱- دھاندلی زدہ انتخابات کے ذریعے قوم کی جانب سے مسترد شدہ چہروں کو ملک پر مسلط کرنا:
اسٹیبلشمنٹ کی اس پالیسی کی وجہ سے ملک کا شدید نقصان ہو رہا ہے۔ ابھی چند سال قبل تک جن کی سرے محل اور مے فئیر فلیٹس جیسی بے شمار کرپشن کی داستانیں قوم کو سنائی جا رہی تھیں، انہی کے لیے پوری ریاستی مشینری اور ایجینسیز کو استعمال کر کے ناصرف قبل از انتخابات بدترین دھاندلی کی گئی بلکہ پولنگ ڈے اور اس کے بعد بھی تاریخ کا سب سے بڑا ڈاکہ ڈالا گیا اور ان کو قوم پر مسلط کر دیا گیا۔

یہ بیانیہ بنانے کی کوشش کی جاتی ہے کہ شریف خاندان اور زرداری پر کیسز سیاسی نوعیت کے تھے، حالانکہ حقیقت یہ ہے کہ ہمارے دور میں نیب کے کوئی کیسز نہیں بنائے گئے- انٹیلی جنس ایجینسیوں نے انکی کرپشن کے ثبوت اکٹھے کئے- جنرل احتشام ضمیر اور فاروق لغاری نے ان کے اربوں روپے کرپشن اور منی لانڈرنگ کے ڈوزئیر دئیے تھے کہ یہ لوگ کتنے کرپٹ ہیں- نیب تو ہمارے کنٹرول میں بھی نہیں تھا، جنرل باجوہ نیب کو کنٹرول کرتا تھا- انکے خلاف تمام کیسز ہمارے دور سے پہلے بنائے گئے- ہمارے دور میں صرف شہباز شریف کے خلاف مقصود چپڑاسی والا رمضان شوگر مل کیس بنا- اس کیس کو بھی بند کر دیا گیا ہے۔ قوم نے دیکھا کہ انھی نیب زدہ چہروں کو ڈیل کی ڈرائی کلین مشین سے گزار کر دوبارہ پاکستان پر مسلط کر دیا گیا۔ نیب ترامیم کے ذریعے این آر او دینے کے اس عمل سے ملکی معیشت کو ۱۱۰۰ ارب روپے کا نقصان ہوا۔ اس فراڈ کے تانے بانے ملائیں تو تمام کٹھ پتلیوں کی ڈوریاں ایک ہی ہاتھ کی طرف جاتی ہیں اور اسکا سارا نزلہ فوج پر گر رہا ہے-

۲ - جمہوریت کا خاتمہ:
جمہوریت اخلاقیات پر چلتی ہے- حکومت کے پاس اخلاقی قوت ہو تو ہی جمہوریت چل سکتی ہے- 30 سال لگا کر پاکستان میں رفتہ رفتہ جمہوریت کی کچھ بحالی ہوئی تھی، عدلیہ مسلسل جدوجہد سے خودمختار ہوئی تھی اور میڈیا کچھ آزاد ہوا تھا اور ملک بہتری کی طرف جا رہا تھا۔ لیکن پہلے سازش سے ہماری حکومت کو ہٹایا گیا، پھر ناصرف ایک جعلی حکومت کو مسلط کیا گیا بلکہ ان کو دوبارہ ملک پر مسلط کرنے کے لیے آئین توڑا گیا، انتخابات ملتوی کیے گئے، الیکشن سے پہلے ہر حربہ آزمایا گیا، قاضی فائز عیسٰی کے ذریعے ہمارا نشان چھینا گیا، ہمارے ترجیحی امیدواروں کو میدان سے ہٹوایا گیا، حتیٰ کہ الیکشن کمپین تک نہیں کرنے دی گئی- یہ سب کرنے کے باوجود جب الیکشن میں پاکستانی عوام نے ہمیں دو تہائی سے بھی زیادہ نشستوں پر کامیاب کیا تو فارم 47 کے ذریعے رزلٹ تبدیل کر کے صرف 17 سیٹیں جیتنے والی پارٹی کو ملک پر مسلط کر دیا- اور اس انتخابی فراڈ کو چھپائے رکھنے کے لیے اور تحریک انصاف کو کچلنے کی کوشش میں جمہوریت کو مکمل طور پر پاؤں تلے روند دیا گیا ہے۔
الیکشن آڈٹ کے خودمختار ادارے “پتن” کی رپورٹ اس سلسلے میں سب کی آنکھیں کھولنے کے لیے کافی ہے کہ کیسے اس ملک میں جمہوریت کا نقصان کر کے دھاندلی کے 64 نئے طریقے اپنائے گئے۔ میڈیا پر بدترین قدغنیں لگا کر اور انسانی حقوق کو پامال کر کے جمہوریت کے تمام ستونوں کو برباد کر دیا گیا ہے۔ لوگوں کو ان کے نمائندگان چننے کا حق نہیں ہے۔
الغرض جمہوریت کے تمام بنیادی ستون بشمول خودمختار عدلیہ، حق آزادئ رائے، آزاد میڈیا اور انسانی حقوق ختم کر دئیے گئے ہیں۔ اس سب کے پیچھے بنیادی طور پر تحریک انصاف کو کچلنے اور الیکشن ڈاکے پر پردہ ڈالنے کی قبیح کوشش کارفرما ہے۔

Second Open Letter to the Chief of Army Staff by Former Prime Minister Imran Khan - February 8, 2025

“I wrote an open letter to the Chief of Army Staff (you) with sincerity and in the best interest of the nation, aiming to bridge the widening gulf between the military and the people. However, the response to my letter was highly dismissive and irresponsible.

I am the former Prime Minister of Pakistan and the leader of the country’s largest and most popular political party. I have spent my entire life elevating the name of Pakistan on the global stage. 55 years of my public life since 1970 and what I earned in the last 30 years is all transparent for everyone to see. My life and death are inextricably linked to Pakistan.

My concern is for the perception of our army and the serious consequences of the growing divide between the people and their armed forces, which is what prompted me to write the letter.

I highlighted six key points in my letter, and if public opinion is sought, 90% of the people would agree with them.

The manipulation of election results through pre-poll rigging orchestrated by intelligence agencies, the forced passage of the 26th Constitutional Amendment in Parliament at gunpoint to take control of the judiciary and appoint handpicked judges, the imposition of draconian legislation like the amendments to PECA laws to silence dissent, the economic devastation caused by political instability and the rule of force, the persistent targeting of the largest political party through state terrorism, and the engagement of state institutions in political engineering and victimization instead of fulfilling their constitutional duties, are all deepening the rift between the people and the military.

The army is a vital institution of the country, but a few black sheep within it are causing severe damage to its reputation. One such individual, a colonel stationed at Adiala Jail, is blatantly violating the constitution, the law, and prison regulations while trampling on human rights. He disregards court orders with impunity and behaves like an 'occupying force'. The former, conscientious, Superintendent of Adiala Jail, Akram, was abducted and tortured for upholding the law and ensuring adherence to prison rules. Now, the entire prison staff is being intimidated. Under the orders of this colonel, in blatant violation of fundamental rights, the prison administration has subjected me to relentless persecution to exert pressure on me.

I was placed in solitary confinement in a death-row cell for 20 days, where even the light of the sun could not reach. Electricity to my cell was cut off for five consecutive days, leaving me in total darkness. My exercise equipment, television, and even access to newspapers was taken away. Even outside those 20 days, books are arbitrarily withheld, or I am placed in lockdown again for 40 hours at a time. In defiance of court orders, I have only been allowed to speak to my sons three times in the last six months, depriving me of my fundamental and legal rights.

My party members travel long distances to visit me, yet they are denied access despite court directives. In the past six months, only a handful of individuals have been allowed to meet me. Despite clear orders from the Islamabad High Court, I am not permitted to meet my wife, who is also in solitary confinement.

The forced passage of the 26th Constitutional Amendment was aimed at controlling the judiciary, recruiting handpicked judges, and suppressing election fraud and human rights violations. My legal cases are being decided under extreme pressure. I have been sentenced in four cases through unlawful convictions. The pressure on judges is so intense that one judge’s blood pressure spiked five times, requiring hospitalization in the prison hospital. That judge confided in my lawyer that immense pressure was exerted from the "top" to convict me and my wife. 1/2

An Open Letter from former Prime Minister Imran Khan to the Chief of Army Staff - February 3rd, 2025

"Pakistan is my country, and its military is mine too!!

Our soldiers are sacrificing their lives for Pakistan. Success in the war against terrorism requires the nation to stand behind their army. However, unfortunately, the gap between the military and the public continues to widen because of the establishment’s policies.

There are several fundamental reasons for this. In order to restore public sentiment towards the military and bridge the widening gap between the people and their armed forces, the establishment must reconsider its policies.

- The biggest reason is the historic rigging of the 2024 elections and the blatant theft of the people’s mandate, which has fueled public anger. The way agencies engaged in pre-poll rigging and political engineering to control results has severely damaged public trust. A party that won only 17 seats was handed the reins of power, imposing a “puppet government” on the nation.

- The second reason is the 26th Constitutional Amendment. The way the Constitution and laws have been violated, and this amendment has been used to control the judiciary has caused intense resentment in public. Nasser Javed Rana deliberately delayed decisions so that my cases could be assigned to "pocket judges." The ongoing "court packing" is aimed at ensuring that cases against me are heard by favored judges, who will deliver desired verdicts. This entire exercise is meant to secure selective rulings against me and to cover up violations of human rights and electoral fraud so that no fair judicial decisions can be made.

- The third reason is the draconian PECA Law. Electronic media is already under control, and now, through PECA amendments, restrictions have been imposed on social media and the internet. This threatens Pakistan’s GSP+ status. Disruptions to internet services have caused the IT industry more than 1.72 billion dollars in losses, destroying the careers of young professionals.

- The fourth major reason is the continued state terrorism against Pakistan’s largest and most popular political party. Violating the sanctity of private homes, over 100,000 raids have been conducted, more than 20,000 party workers and supporters have been either arrested or abducted, and their families harassed. Human rights violations continue in an effort to crush PTI, which has deeply hurt the public.

- The fifth major reason is the economic crisis caused by political instability, forcing people to leave Pakistan, along with their capital, at an alarming rate. Economic instability is at its peak. The growth rate is zero, and investment in Pakistan is nearly non-existent. No country can attract investment without the rule of law and justice. No one would willingly invest their capital in a country where there is a risk of terrorism. Investment only flows in when there is a government in place that represents the people’s will — anything else is futile.

- The sixth major reason is that all state institutions have abandoned their duties and are instead focused on politically persecuting PTI. Military officers at the major and colonel levels continue to blatantly defy court orders. Judicial rulings are being ignored, and as a result, the entire military is facing a backlash. Just two days ago, an ATC [Anti-Terrorism Court] judge ordered my wife to appear for an investigation, and despite her willingness, some unseen force sabotaged the process. 1/2

رجیم چینج کا تجربہ نہ صرف قومی معیشت بلکہ ملک کے مکمل نظام پر بہت بھاری پڑا ہے۔ 6% شرح نمو پر ترقی کرتی معیشت کو تباہ کر دیا گیا ہے۔ ملک کو اب تک اس کھلواڑ سے 42 ارب ڈالرز کا نقصان ہو چکا ہے۔ شرح نمو 6.1% سے سکڑ کر 0.17% پر آ چکی ہے۔ اداروں اور انصاف کے نظام کو ناکارہ بنا دیا گیا ہے۔ فوجی عدالتوں سے سویلینز کی سزاؤں کے بیوقوفانہ فیصلوں نے عالمی برادری کو ملک پر تنقید کا ایک اور موقع فراہم کر دیا ہے۔

ملک میں رائج فسطائی رجیم نے قوم کو خوفزدہ کرنے کے لیے ہر قسم کے جابرانہ و آمرانہ حربے آزمائے لیکن خوف کی ایک خاص مدت ہوتی ہے۔ اس نئے سال میں، میں جبر و فسطائیت کے پہاڑ توڑنے والوں کا بھی شکریہ ادا کرنا چاہتا ہوں جنہوں نے قوم کے خوف کے بت توڑنے میں اہم کردار ادا کیا۔ اب پورا نظام اپنے گھٹنوں پر آ چکا ہے اور اپنی نوشتہ دیوار شکست کو مختلف حربوں سے موخر تو کر سکتا ہے لیکن ٹال نہیں سکتا۔ فتح انشاء اللہ جمہور کی ہو گی، اور بہت جلد ہو گی

نو مئی ایک پری پلان آپریشن تھا جس کی وجہ سے تمام مقامات کی سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج جان بوجھ کر غائب کی گئی۔ مجھے 9 مئی کو کالر سے پکڑ کر، ڈنڈے مار کر اور گھسیٹ کر اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ سے اغوا ہی اس لیے کیا گیا تھا تا کہ عوام ردعمل دیں۔ اس دن بھی ہمارے 25 لوگ شہید، سینکڑوں زخمی اور چار لوگوں کو اپاہج کیا گیا- ہم پر ہی ظلم کر کے ہمارے ہی خلاف جھوٹے مقدمے بنا لیے گئے اور 10 ہزار کارکنان کو جیلوں میں بھر دیا- جس کے بعد لوگوں پر تحریک انصاف کو چھوڑنے کے لیے دباو ڈالا گیا اور اسکا مقصد صرف اور صرف لندن معاہدے کے تحت تحریک انصاف کو کچلنا تھا کیونکہ جن لوگوں نے تحریک انصاف چھوڑ دی ان پر آپ نے مقدمات کا خاتمہ کر دیا ۔اس لیے اس واقعے پر شفاف اور آزاد جوڈیشل کمیشن کا قیام بہت اہم ہے- نو مئی کے بعد آٹھ فروری بھی ہوا جس میں قوم نے آپکا بیانیہ مسترد کر دیا ہے۔

26 نومبر کو اسلام آباد میں معصوم شہریوں کا قتل عام کیا گیا اور کئی لوگ ابھی تک لا پتہ ہیں- یہ لوگ قبائلی علاقوں سے نہیں اسلام آباد سے غائب کیے گئے اور ہمیں خدشہ ہے کہ انہیں لال مسجد آپریشن کی طرح غائب کیا گیا ہے- اس لیے آزاد جوڈیشل کمیشن بہت ضروری ہے-“
