@rikarends "Highest power costs"? German retail prices are driven by taxes & grid fees, not generation. Wholesale prices frequently hit ZERO (or negative!) when wind/solar peak. Meanwhile, new nuclear locks in massively high strike prices to pay off 15-year construction delays.

@rikarends The France comparison? Their nuclear sector is drowning in debt, and GER had to export power to them in '22 when half their reactors failed. New nuclear takes 15+ yrs & billions to build. Renewables take months & are cheaper. Math isn't a "psyop.

@GlasJoachim @konradecon Wer muss wohl sein komplettes Gehalt ausgeben und zahlt auf jeden Cent MwSt? Wer zahlt auf Aktiengewinne nur 25%, während auf Arbeit 42% fällig werden? Wer zahlt ab der Bemessungsgrenze quasi keine Sozialabgaben mehr? Wer verwechselt absolute Summen mit relativer Last?

@torstenherbst Eigentlich ein schöner Graph, der zeigt, wie irrelevant Kernenergie war und wie schnell sie durch Erneuerbare kompensiert wurde. Gesicherte Leistung? Sure. Solange das Wasser im Fluss im Sommer nicht zu warm ist und keine Wartungsarbeiten anstehen..

@75Jamin Kohle wird zunehmend als "Spitzenlast-Reserve" genutzt, die nur einspringt, wenn Sonne & Wind nicht liefern. Im Jahr 2025 sank die Stromerzeugung aus Kohle sogar erstmals obwohl die Kapazität stieg.

@enthusiastDev If there were a clear, objective definition of what a feature is, and if it could be cleanly separated, then yes. Otherwise, I'd prefer the "old" solution because it stops me from overthinking and makes finding and adding things way easier for me and others on a shared codebase.

@a_sator Sry, aber die Kritik ist immer dieselbe. Ja mag sein, dass Ulrike Herrmann falsch gerechnet hat. Die Energiewende scheint jetzt machbarer. Es gibt Hoffnung juhu! Rebound-Effekt? Wachstumszwang? Physikalische Grenzen? Hmm, also... wird schon irgendwie.🫣
