@syncronicity100 @sharrond62 @parkrunUK Then you are lucky. I have been pushed out the way by a fast runner. Told off by a Marshall as I was tail running 10 meters behind the last runner. Yes, years ago there were tail runners not tail walker. It took me months to go back after these. Not everyone is nice sadly.

A little self indulgence if I may. I finally got back into the 36 minutes for my 5K. Yes my legs hurt but you wait that sub 35 is in there somewhere….. my PB is 28** but that won’t happen again. Dream is just one more sub 30 🤣🤣🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ please….

I also love seeing anyone fast and give them a well done as they lap me! I like to see if I can run further before I get lapped 🤣🤣
