@Avis It appears i've been billed for a car that i've never seen nor driven. It is exceedingly difficult to reach anyone in Customer Service and this is time sensitive as the charges were billed to my corporate card. Can you help?

@Avis Charges aside, my biggest concern is that my e-reciept indicates that I actually picked up the vehicle and drove it 371 miles. These records have been (unintentionally I hope) falsified and are not accurate.

Hey @CityKitchener! There is a manhole on Glasgow near Knoll Drive that has sunken. A sign was placed for traffic to go around and yield to oncoming vehicles. It's been there for some time (a year?) and the placement of the sign has caused some near misses. ETA for a fix?
