Yesterday, I was truly grateful to complete my Sustainable Development course with the Columbia Climate School. A big step forward in my journey toward climate-smart agribusiness, gaining valuable insights for sustainable impact.

💻 💼 ↳ My brother/sister , you graduated some time back and you’re still unemployed.
Yesterday, your brother paid for your transport.
↳ He bought your meals.
↳ He paid for your airtime.
↳ He even bought some of your clothes.
There is no shame in getting support when you need it.
But if you’re still in the exact same position by September, while you have access to WiFi, a smartphone, and time, then it’s time for a serious conversation.
For the next few months:
↳ Take a short break from dating (not forever, just for now).
↳ Reduce 40% of your social circle.
↳ Keep real friends, not just people you know.
Then focus on this:
✅ Open professional social media accounts and optimize them.
Use your real name.
Add your contacts.
Clearly state your skills.
Highlight 1–4 problems you can solve.
✅ Pick one topic from your field every week.
Break it down into simple language that anyone can understand.
✅ Share relatable posts consistently.
✅ Don’t just tag people.
Tag industry leaders, recruiters, organizations, government institutions, and even your dream employer.
Ask for their thoughts and insights.
✅ Use X, Instagram, and LinkedIn consistently for the next 90 days.
By January 2027
You’ll become one of the most visible in the room.
Many people think everyone is busy working a 9-to-5.
Truth is, some are scrolling.
One post can change your life if the right person sees it.
This exact strategy worked for me.
I’ve helped more than 150 companies build stronger brands, increase visibility, and grow sales through digital marketing and online positioning.
Visibility creates opportunities. Opportunities create income.
Income creates independence. YOU NEED IT.
If this strategy works for you the way it has worked for many of my trainees, don’t forget to send me a simple:
“Hi Julius, it worked.” 😎

I am excited to announce that I just hit 75,000 followers on @LinkedIn.
Honestly? I had to look at the number twice.
75,000 people, researchers, farmers, students, practitioners, policymakers, choosing to read what a boy from a small hillside community in Rwanda has to say about AI, agriculture, and the messy space between them.

This history isn’t distant to me it sits on my chest. It shows me how fast we can turn on each other, and how peace isn’t something you just have, it’s something you have to keep choosing. Remembering isn’t living in the past. It’s making sure the past doesn’t live through us again.
