@MercedesBenz Yet again another pointless call to @MercedesBenzUSA @MercedesBenz this morning. They are so inundated with these Buy Back cases they can’t keep up with the issues of their vehicles. If any of this was public facing I would have never bought the car. Going back to @BMW.

@MercedesBenz @MercedesBenzUSA I talked to someone in the Executive Referral Manager department at @MercedesBenz @MercedesBenzUSA that might as well have been a robot. As you could expect no resolution and wasn't even able to talk to my Case Manager and they claim they don't have Supervisors.
