#NarayanNarayaniFoundation today did a drive to support 40 families effected by covid19 n recent cyclone. We distributed food materials and relief to these families.

Generation after generation Brahmins preserved knowledge and taught it freely.

They lived on alms given by others though they could have used the knowledge to enrich themselves.

Christian missionaries saw them as rivals and impediments to conversion. Their religion taught them others worshipped the devil.

So per the missionary account, Brahmins had hypnotized everyone to worship the devil and "put themselves on top of the hierarchy." In practise, Brahmins neither had state power, nor money power, only knowledge and respect.

That missionary story was turned by colonial scholars into stories of "Brahminical oppression."

Brahmins were at the forefront of the independence struggle. They were targeted by colonial stooges like EVR who wanted British rule to continue.

Yet they contributed to the country in many fields. Even when driven out, they continued to work for the nation.

The narrative of making Brahmins into villains must end. It is not based on reality but on the machinations and frustrations of Christian missionaries, spread via colonial education.

Sharda divas ,the annual day of sharda peeth PoK yatra was celebrated at sharda temple LOC Teetwal kashmir today. Hundreds of followers from all across the country took part in the symbolic yatra from sharda temple to Crossing bridge at Teetwal. Earlier, homa was held at temple premises besides holy bath in kishenganga river followed by a bhandara. The event was organised by Dave sharda committee kashmir regd spearheaded by Ravinder Pandita who demanded reopening of sharda peeth PoK yatra immediately.

The original footage shows them reaching for snacks and adjusting earpieces during long summit hours, while the edited versions were sped up to 3X to make their movements appear “bizarre.”

What started as a propaganda narrative by foreign agencies was quickly seized upon by local political opportunists and petty trolls, who used the manipulated clips solely to manufacture outrage. Turning ordinary moments into a controversy through deceptive editing is truly shameful.
