That's me sitting in front of Pentagon 128 (A Soviet copy of British ZX Spectrum) back in around 1993. There was no UI, you had to use console commands for the operations, even starting a game.
I am open to new roles as the Head of Product or CPO in crypto x AI projects, appreciate reposts.
I've been in crypto since 2017 and in managing IT products for more than 13 years so far: https://t.co/Z1WhdxkLQo
So many exciting products being built rn!
Don't get me wrong, technically complex onboarding solutions are extremely interesting, and may even be well-backed by core crypto community, and earn their founders good money. But it's still like teaching your mom Javascript to send an email.
Thinking about crypto mass adoption again — I genuinely believe @tether and @usdc are doing the most right now. Stablecoins are among the easiest concepts for a broader audience to grasp, especially when tied to real-world use cases like value transfer.
100% of the crypto consultations I had with non-crypto users were about using crypto as money — mostly focused on on-ramping, sending/receiving, off-ramping, and occasionally secure value storage.
While dev is cooking @zkBring campaign launcher we're teaming up with my fam @404dotzero for some ANSI vibes on the landing page. Back to the roots. Here's a static peek – full magic dropping soon 💫
The problem of marketing tools – whatever it is – emails, sms, in-apps, is spam. While you could still unsubscribe from emails, you cannot unsubscribe from receiving tonns of spam tokens in web3.
Thought that creating the possibility to limit the number of wallets that you accept transactions from could be a game changer. You'd own a separate, "marketing" wallet, where you know that everything you've received is safe, useful and desired.

one thing web3 hasn't fixed is getting an urgent message read.
someday, when profiles become interoperable across messaging apps, you'll be able to send a message to every app your recipient uses.
it's like "notify anyway" but make it "notify everywhere" instead.
Hot take:
The bullish narrative around low fee L1s is skeuomorphic. It assumes the next wave of entrants will use crypto the way we've been using crypto - with browser wallets and gas fees.
What if that's ded wrong?
What if the next wave of users entering crypto don't need to worry about gas fees and wallets and private keys.
I'm looking at Immutable right now. It's powered by Polygon's zkEVM - there's no concept of gas for users. Gas fees are abstracted away.
Users play the games, trade the assets, use defi without even knowing gas or ethereum exists.
When you loaded this app did you concern yourself with the $.00000001 transaction fee twitter paid to AWS for the compute?
No. You just used the app.
We don't need low-gas chains we need no-gas chains.
When crypto works in its final form everyday people will be onchain without know they're onchain.
Everyone here is an uber-nerd power user.
We shouldn't assume the next 100m are like us.
This is why I create. Drawing my favorite characters as a kid was the reason I started to draw. I want to make a character that can do the same for others.
