The real issue is adware, ads and promotional spam on Chinese phones used by ~65% of India’s smartphone users—not the raw number of pre-installed apps.

Request urgent action: convert to prepaid & resolve ₹349 voucher.

On X, @JioCare said "refund will be processed in 5-7 days." On email, they now say "non-refundable."

Either refund ₹349 or issue a recharge voucher for my jio number.

Facing severe heating, battery drain on my #Pixel6a. Within a few minutes of just using mobile data (no gaming/ heavy apps), device temp shot up to 47°C.

Raised this via email, but no appropriate response yet.
