I just finished reading William Gibson's (@GreatDismal) pivotal 1984 science fiction novel "Neuromancer" that defined the Cyberpunk genre. Gibson's writing is poetic at times, and always richly descriptive. A unique and alluring story for sure. #books
@hellogames No Man's Sky devs removed manual save point functionality and overwrite saves automatically as of version 4.0. That was literally one of the most important features of the game, and a saving grace on PS5. This is just bad game design. I will not be playing anymore.
Wow, this #AI generated art is spectacular. I can see why it won an art competition, but I worry for the future of human artists if AI can produce something this incredible.

If Zuckerberg's creepy avatar is the future of the "metaverse", it's not looking good. Read "Snow Crash" by Neal Stephenson for a better idea of what VR interaction should look like, written well before the internet was even popular. #Metaverse https://t.co/ne81JUWhHl
I replayed Shadow of the Tomb Raider on PS5 recently and this is definitely my favorite cutscene in the game. Here Lara is pictured rising out of the water in the oil fields to exact her revenge on Rourke. #TombRaider
BREAKING: The US House of Representatives passed a bill that includes $52 billion in grants and incentives for domestic semiconductor manufacturing https://t.co/rIJ9RummDg
I can't say I'm that suprised. Meta reports Q2 operating loss of $2.8B for its metaverse division. The market for virtual reality just isn't here yet. https://t.co/GoHCmH8BbD
I just completed the main story and all important side content in #Cyberpunk2077 on #PS5 and I have to say, this game is a masterpiece. Flawed, but quite incredible to experience. I love the atmosphere and world-building in the story.
#Dell removed the headphone jack and micro-SD slot on the new #XPS 13, what a shame. Frankly this is not a good trend. Even Apple has recognized that in the recent Pro lineup which added more ports.
I noticed #Quizlet is making the flashcard Learn mode a paid feature, rendering Quizlet useless for most people who use the free flashcard app. This greedy, educationally unfriendly policy disgusts me. Time to move to Anki.
Apparently plastic recycling is a long-perpetuated lie: "The problem with recycling plastic lies not with the concept or process but with the material itself," writes @enckj in @TheAtlantic#plasticwaste https://t.co/V1rEDRO1OE
