Saw #Dorothy last night. Moved much- it is indeed @karthiksubbaraj ‘s best work yet. What conviction & good writing to drive home the core, it’s not just a film for trans people, this “service” KS has done thru making this film, he’s done this for women also… KS is High up on my list of thinking filmmakers whose movies Are the Change. Quite an achievement.

Loved the making. A great choice to have given the sound of Raja sir’s best songs to the Original soundtrack here - the climax song & BGM along with the visual is an “elevation peak” - the “break-free” moment - all came together so brilliantly. @ilaiyaraaja 💖

It’s amazing to see films & filmmakers lead with their cinematic style, stories & their core beliefs. Also, several big banners have joined in this venture with him - well, Now that gives me Hope. @DOP_Tirru loved your work.
