Three months of nights and weekends. He wrote design docs with Claude, generated concept art in Flux, and let Cursor write half the gameplay code while he shaped the mechanics. The game shipped on Steam in May - a small roguelike, one developer, no marketing budget.

Ubisoft spends $200 million and five years to launch one AAA title. Assassin's Creed Shadows cost $700 million with marketing. He shipped his game for $340 in used parts and a weekend of cleaning
