Gentle Reminder
If you're living with complex PTSD, please go easy on yourself.
C-PTSD doesn’t just live in your memories — it lives in your nervous system, your motivation, your energy levels, your ability to focus, your confidence, your sense of safety.
It can make everyday tasks feel like mountains.
Getting out of bed. Getting things done. Staying connected. Keeping up with life. It’s all harder when your brain is wired for survival.
This doesn’t mean you're lazy. This doesn’t mean you're broken. This doesn’t mean you're failing.
This means you are surviving something that was never your fault.
Please be gentle with yourself. Progress looks different for everyone. You’re doing better than you think. And healing doesn’t come from pushing harder — it comes from meeting yourself with compassion.
You are not behind. You are not alone. You are doing the best you can — and that is enough.
Jealousy is one of the ugliest emotions, and the wild part is… most jealous ppl will never admit it. They’ll pretend they’re unbothered, but their actions scream otherwise. They lurk, they gossip, they compare, and they compete in silence while acting like they’re cheering you on
the universe will softly tell you that something isn’t a good fit for you. people, places, ideologies, careers, social circles. It will gradually turn up the volume until you hear it. eventually, if you still continue to refuse to listen it will violently remove you.
