I’ve struggled with the same thing and the key that has worked for me is to Slow Down. If possible stick to two tasks a day (in genesis notice how our Father only did 2-3 tasks a day )spend most of your day in scripture and meditating on it day and night (Joshua 1:8)

@JosephO28088715 @RealTalkKim Speed takes away peace. Also a cluttered mind can cause restlessness. If you read a lot of books or watch a lot of tv that could also be harmful. I watch two videos a day and if I read a book it’s only 1 these are all things Holy Spirit has taught me

When looking at the overall quality of education they receive once admitted into the institution and the various restrictions placed on their educational experience, it is clear that the NCAA benefits, in the long run, more than SA. #ucr150 @MisssNallely @rabea_qamar

@veeveeand This also reveals the lack of fairness between the players and the coaches because when coaches transfer jobs they begin working almost immediately upon arrival, as opposed to being given a year to adapt to the new environment!
