For the past 5 months, I’ve been in the hospital for an (almost unfixable) disability called transverse myelitis.
I was intubated for a good month, and when I first woke up I was completely paralyzed, on a ventilator, and scared. Now, 7/25/26. I’ve regained almost all the abilities I had prior to being in the hospital, and I’m so proud of myself for powering through. I’m reaching my final 2 weeks in the hospital before I go home and ’m a little nervous but so relieved. And I’m so happy that I had loving friends and family to support me, even while in the hospital.
I love you all
