1. Zoobear was arrested in 2022 and sent to Tihar jail for 25 days for his tweet in 2018 ( For sharing a screenshot of a movie clip from 1983)

2. Zoobear wasn't given any 41A notice by Delhi Police, He was arrested when he had come to Delhi police station when they had served a 41A notice to him in another old case from 2020 ( The case is currently dismissed and the guy who filed an FIR against Zoobear was asked to publicly apologise for abusing Zoobear)

3. Zoobear didn't get bail, Delhi Police got Police custody for a day, and then later for 5 more days. During Police custody, Zoobear was taken to his Bengaluru home to search for his mobile and Laptop and other electronic gadgets, His entire house was searched. After Police custody,.He was sent to 14 days Judicial Custody.
4. After a few days in Tihar jail, Several FIRs were filed in UP against Zoobear and was first sent to Sitapur Jail, As Police Custody wasn't accepted. Zoobear was in Sitapur Jail during Bakrid (5-6 days).
5. After getting bail in Sitapur, Lakhimpur Kheri Police wanted to get Police custody of Zoobear for his old tweet from 2021 ( FIR was for fact-checking Sudarshan News false claim), But the court didn't accept police custody, They instead sent him to 14 days Judicial custody.
6. Zoobear was again taken to Hathras court, Police wanted Police custody for 7 days, which was rejected and I was sent to Judicial Custody.
7. In the meantime, UP govt formed a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe six cases lodged against Zoobear in UP.

8. When in UP, Zoobear was interrogated by Multiple teams several times by the SIT team and multiple other teams.

9. When in Jail, Zoobear was not allowed to phone all to his family members (Prisoners in jail can speak to their families every day for 5 minutes).

10. While in jail, There was a media trail against Zoobear and Alt News. Media claimed that Alt News received foreign funds, Media claimed Alt News got money from Pakistan, Saudi, Sirya, UAE, Singapore etc. They alleged that Zoobear received Rs 2 crore for his tweets. They accused Alt News of receiving foreign funds in violation of Foreign Contribution Regulation Act.

10. Zoobear finally walked out of Tihar Jail after spending 25 days in Judicial Custody after getting interim bail from SC, All his case from UP were transferred to Delhi. SC also disbanded a UP police Special Investigation Team formed by the state government to investigate the FIRs against Zoobear.
11. Zoobear didn't apologise for his tweet.

Let's hope Sharmishta and her family don't go through what Zoobear and his dear ones went through during his continuous custody.
