@samrat_art@tgspdcl No action was taken. I feel miserable when he visits coz he misbehaves & has a really bad temper. And he thinks he'll get away with all this as he works for the Electricity department. We always keep our gates locked so that he can't encroach. Today was different & we missed it.

@samrat_art@tgspdcl Agree about the trespassing. Their intent is incorrect. Otherwise if they have to change a meter, they need to mention that before they start work. It shouldn't happen this way. This guy has misbehaved with me in the past. He's a misogynist. We had once escalated about him.

My internet has not been restored in the last 3 days. The ETR keeps postponing. I have tried to connect to your cc. I have personally called the field engineer. No response. No one cares. Please help me on steps on how to disconnect your services.

@DTDCIndia@DTDCMumbai my parcel from Jaipur to Hyderabad was booked on June 4 with TAT June 8. It is a big ticket parcel. I have been following up with DTDC via calls & email but no action. Today it was marked as delivered at 7.01 pm when it actually wasnt delivered. Whats up?
I immediately called back the DTDC number but your offices get closed at 7. This is a very well thought out fraud as the ticket was closed at 7:01 pm knowing very well I won't be able to reach out to customer care to report the fraud. I want my parcel delivered NOW.

Pathetic customer service from @BlueStarLtd Hyderabad India. Not fit for purpose. Appears to subcontract to a nexus of local interlinked tradespeople who share contact number of customers. I tried connecting to customer care through call, but there's no way to connect through.
@BlueStarCare On what basis can they take away my AC? What proof do we have that this is being taken care by Bluestar itself. Anyway, there is no way to reach your cc team on call as they keep diverting here & there. With rampant frauds happening these days, what is a customer supposed to do?
@BlueStarCare Why is Bluestar not updating about the change in slot & professional? The technicians can't even show their employment ID so that we know they are from the company. And here they are saying if we don't find the issue we will open both the indoor & outdoor unit & take them.
@BlueStarCare Today we received a message & call from a totally different person who wanted to come with nitrogen. What the hell is happening here? Why is my number being passed on from one guy to another? And where is Bluestar's intervention in all of this?
@BlueStarCare I wanted help with one AC & there is an open ticket for it. I was assigned one technician. He called up to confirm time for next day. However next day a different person came so said things like to get nitrogen will take time etc. We told him to call us on a particular day.
