2nd for West Bengal that I will need to carry a negative PCR test report not older than 72 hours before boarding

@AxisBank can you please help my father who is a senior citizen having an account with your bank. He is being harrassed everyday by Axis Bank officials to go to the branch or install mobile app to cancel a credit card given to him without his consent! This is bad customer exp!
