Jennifer Welch: “Republicans always do the exact same thing: start wars, add to the national deficit, cut social safety programs, bankrupt the stock market and then corporations get a surge of socialism, the American taxpayer has to fund it, and then a Democrat has to come back in and fix the economy”
BREAKING: House Democrats are accusing President Trump of diverting donations intended for the bipartisan America250 commission to his own Freedom 250 organization.
According to the allegations, some donors were allegedly given banking information for the Trump-backed group instead of the congressionally authorized America250 initiative without their knowledge. Democrats argue that, if proven, the conduct could amount to wire fraud.
Americans deserve confidence that donations made to commemorate the nation's 250th anniversary go exactly where donors intended.

IRANIAN PRESIDENT: “If we did not have our defensive missiles, Israel and America would have plowed through Iran the way Gaza was plowed through, showing no mercy to the old or the young. They speak of human rights. It is a great lie.”
It’s a hard truth to hear, but it’s true.
Jennifer Welch: “What happened in New York last night are the citizens standing up against corporations, against fascism, against MAGA, against corporate Democrats, against establishment Democrats, and this is hopefully going to sweep the entire country. Not wanting to fund a country that intentionally targets children is not radical in the least. It is radical, homicidal, and genocidal to kill kids and then to call the people who oppose that antisemitic assholes. This is the biggest bunch of gaslighting fuckery on the planet”
"I wish they'd stop calling me a terrorist. That's what I wish. I wish they'd stop calling me a radical. None of these people are radical. They just want healthcare. They want to end American militarism. They want to spend money on roads, infrastructure, on schooling, on healthcare, rather than bombs overseas." HASAN IS SPITTING 🔥
I saw a post on Reddit that said that “The underlying purpose of AI is to allow wealth to access skill while removing from the skilled the ability to access wealth.” And I don’t think I’ve ever seen AI described so incisively.
Paying companies not to build windmill farms while paying coal companies because they can't remain profitable is just one example of how this country is being set back decades by this regime.
Never before have we had so much income inequality.
Last year, the bottom 50% saw their income go down by $27, on average, while the top 0.01% gained $2.9 million.
And the top 0.001%? They saw their income go up by $20 million. In a single year.
Yes. We must tax the rich.
@OrevaZSN People that say that are honestly traitors to their own species. They’re standing on all of our necks for a chance at getting more of the scraps
Hasan Piker: “Every dollar spent on a bomb that Israel drops on a school is a dollar stolen from you because that’s a dollar that could’ve been used to build a school in your neighborhood. That’s your productive output used for the death machine to kill other people’s kids”
The boomers that spent the 80s drunk driving to $5 steak dinners, buying houses on factory salaries, and retiring at 60 with a pension wants to explain to me why I’m bad with money.
They lived like rockstars on a forklift salary and called it discipline.
I live like a monk on a corporate salary and still can’t afford what they had at 28.
The advice didn’t age well.
Neither did the economy it was built on.
@skumWgmi Yep they’ve been whittling down public education for decades. And now it’s to the point where ppl point at public schools and say “look how bad this is? I want better for my kids” put them in private or charter schools that tax payers help pay for but can legally discriminate
MASSIVE:
🇺🇸 The BBC just validated everything we've been saying.
A clear pattern of trades right before major Trump announcements.
Iran war. Tariff reversals. Policy shifts.
We tracked a whale for weeks.
0 losses. 11 wins. 100% win rate.
You would go to prison for trading on a tip from your cousin.
They front-run war decisions with billion dollar bets.
Now the BBC has the receipts.
Nobody will be investigated.
Nobody will be charged.
The game is rigged. And now the world knows it.
Amazon, which saved $4B in taxes under Trump's Big Ugly Bill, has cut 30,000 jobs since last October.
Verizon, which saved $2B, plans to cut 15,000 jobs this year.
Meta, which saved $3B, plans to lay off 20% or more of its workforce.
Trickle-down economics is a cruel joke.
@EricLDaugh NATO is about mutual defense. We didn't get attacked, we did the attacking. You don't get to go around picking fights and expect your allies to jump into fights YOU started unwisely.
NBC News exposes massive insider trading right before the Trump administration launched the Iran war. Elites pocketed millions with advance knowledge of military strikes while ordinary Americans suffer soaring gas prices and job losses. The corruption is staggering.
