If you’re really confident about what you do, you’ll never be afraid to lose it all, and start back at 0, because you know you can do it again and again.
It took over 10 years of training myself to compress, decompress and work with high intensity to accomplish things quickly- moving through all the things I'm working on and a part of. With this developed skill, I'm able to create time for people that I love.
As grassroots entrepreneurs who take on a range of responsibilities
1. you have to learn how to learn
2. you have to learn to complete things quickly
3. you have to learn how to pivot energies
I'll elaborate later
"Creators, something to think about -
Why would your cost be measured by an hourly rate when the quicker you can give an excellent deliverable, the better."
^ someone just said this and I love this realization that saving time and quick turnarounds are more valuable.
With that, personally parenthood has been challenging and takes up a lot of energy, but I shifted it & categorized it as valuable energy, so I see it as productive time/energy.
This leads to last thought- helping raise a child and family is productive- atleast for my idea of it
Every person has a limited amount of productive energy they can spend a day. Be mindful of what takes up your valuable energy. I’m starting to shift thinking about time to thinking about energy.
I'm not a perfectionist. If I was, nothing would ever get done and nothing would ever roll out to the world.
I'm an artist that believes imperfections are more interesting and it's more important to do more with less than to do less with more.
I used to ask God for ease, but what would ease have done for me?
Instead of ease, He helped my difficulties with patience. Patience though challenges never spoken helped shape me, my resilience and confidence, and emotional intelligence that allows me to win.
Trust God
