Happy New Year everyone - 2026 will be a blast! 🚀
We've seen continuous growth since the launch of v2 in August. And we start into 2026 with a bang:
@KyberNetwork has just integrated Nabla as liquidity source on HyperEVM, Bera and Monad!
The vote on NIP#2 has concluded, with a quite clear outcome. A big Thank You to all voters for your ongoing trust and support.
As decided we'll relaunch the Nabla pools on HyperEVM asap - and then focus on further profitability improvements.
Stay tuned, updates soon

Attention!
The last week was very tough for Nabla, as $HYPE kept mooning nonstop, whilst the $WHYPE Nabla pool staid half-empty. This has caused the BSP TVL dropping within just 10 days from +24k$ to currently -9k$.
This forces us to intervene - despite all data showing to this being a “random” loss, not a systemic, directional one (and we saw similar gains in the weeks before, just to a smaller extend).
We’ve prepared a detailed plan forward, with several options for our community to vote on. But in order to be able to do so in an orderly manner, we had to pull the $NABLA liquidity on Aerodrome, and thus pause the trading of $NABLA for the time being.
We’ll shortly present the options for the future, and set up a proper governance vote.
Thank you for your ongoing trust and support
We've just performed our biggest monthly $NABLA buy-back so far, with half of the $7,956 in April accumulated protocol fees. This has resulted in a buy-back of 1,352,256 $NABLA for 3,978 $USDC
We've just performed our monthly $NABLA buy-backs, with half of the accumulated protocol fees of March.
This has resulted in a buy-back of 574,175 $NABLA for 1,725 $USDC
And due to the great recent performance of the Backstop Pools on HyperEVM and Monad, we'll going forward increase the protocol fee shares from 20% to 30% (HyperEVM) and from 15% to 20% (Monad).
We've just restarted our recurring $NABLA buy-backs, on a slightly modified schedule: Since January we're now using 50% of the monthly protocol revenue (as tracked by Defillama) for buy-backs
For February this resulted in a buy-back of 456,800 $NABLA for 1949 $USDC
January was wild!
After launching our test on Arbitrum, our monthly volumes shot up from $37m in December to $144m in January!
Yet, all fees + Backstop Pool PnL combined, we've just hit break-even on Arbitrum, despite high daily costs in gas.
After studying the transaction data..
..it's clear what measures are required to become profitable. I.e. the long-planned dynamic fees are needed, to multiply the profits in times of high price volatility (= high inventory risk).
This may take a bit, so please withdraw your assets on Arbitrum for the time being.
Our bi-weekly buy-back has happened yesterday. We bought 583,920 $NABLA for a total of $2,090.
This is based on accumulated $3,840 of protocol fees on HyperEVM, Berachain, Monad and Arbitrum, minus $1,750 of gas costs on Arbitrum.
(Arbitrum encountered gas costs already before protocol fees were switched on)
