@nectar points spent from my card in a store 150 miles away from where I shopped the same day & your solution is to issue a new card & job done. As this appears to have happened to alot of people recently do you not think there is a wider issue with you security to be sorted?

@virginmedia Have sent test emails, which come through, but ages later. Same again this morning no emails when we always receive regular emails first thing. Is there a problem with your email server @virginmedia ?

@Ofcom Thank you @Ofcom. Appreciate your reply. Is it not time emails were regulated? @virginmedia email service has been shocking for nearly a fortnight with historical emails missing for many customers. Has there been a data breach they are not telling us about?
