@AxbZero @asiskant She doesn't have mana early game. She literally can't do that. When she has enough mana to spam her skills, wich won't do enough damage by that point to kill the wave, the enemy mage is already one shoting the wave and yourself

Sivir's E in early game has 24 second of cd, and it doesn't give you mana like it used to.
What are you supposed to do against, lux Q+E+R + Morgana Q+W.
Even if you don't die they will poke you because of your E cd.
