lastly, drinking water and sleeping is essential. before any meal i would drink 3 cups of water and it helped me eat a lot less. Sleeping the majority of the day also helps with fasting as i usually woke up around 1-3pm ๏ฝก๏พ(๏พยดฯ`๏พ)๏พ๏ฝก and always take a walk after each meal !
