In the displacement camps, the “Takiya” (community kitchen) has become the last resort for families who can find nothing to feed their children except broth or a few grains of rice.

Each child in this queue carries behind them an entire family waiting for their return—not with a complete meal, but with just enough to stay alive.

We urgently appeal to international health organizations to intervene and save the life of seven-month-old baby Mohammed Ahed Al-Masri. The infant is in critical condition, suffering from a severe intestinal disease for which he has already undergone three surgeries. Furthermore, he is battling a widespread bacterial infection in his blood, urine, and intestines. His physical health has severely deteriorated, with his weight remaining at only 4 kg, compounded by acute malnutrition and a critical lack of the formula and medications he desperately needs. Continued denial of his exit from Gaza to receive specialized medical treatment poses an immediate threat to his life; we urge you to take urgent action to save him.
