@Olacabs@ola_supports your cab driver didn't close the ride for 2 hours after dropping me. why am I liable to pay for his joy rides??? My ride is clearly marked out in your system yet apparently the customer has to pay for personal trips that the cab driver takes???
@KLM @KLMIndia is surprisingly unhelpful!! Flying 30hrs+ (multi-stop) along with my 6-year old son and not only have we been downgraded without prior info, but were told to pay additional for seats even in economy! Had booked assuming they are kid-friendly. But was clearly wrong!

@Pepperfry Order Id: 306128343 - yup. I've been categorically told that your policy is to ship inferior products which you don't take returns for. Plus the customer response person who very clear she takes all decisions and refused to share the escalation process.
@Pepperfry shocked that your customer support team formally acknowledged that it is company policy to ship inferior products and then not accept returns or issue refunds! Bought a product and now I'm apparently stuck with it even though it's really low quality.
@cars24india had the worst possible experience in trying to sell my car at the DLF phase 2, Gurgaon branch. Sales people blatantly lying & quoting numbers just to lock in customers. Then backing out & offering 70% of the quote. AVOID like the plague!!!
@HelloMilkbasket How is it that your delivery guys get our address wrong everyday? Constant confusion in your delivery team between E and F. Should be easy enough to solve if someone takes the time to understand the real issue @AnantVGoel

@AmazonHelp Already responded but I can anticipate the next email - "we don't have any such offer running". I'll say I have sent pics on Twitter. Then I'll be told to resend the pics because they don't have access to Twitter. And on and on. Let it be... I'll survive.
