@SouthernRailUK Simon the supervisor at tonbridge station hasn’t heard from anyone at southern, is struggling to sort the cost codes and I’ve now been here well over two hours trying to get home. This is abysmal.
@SouthernRailUK Staff are now telling people to get their own taxis and then claim a refund as they are unable to book them on passengers behalf - not happy with this as a solution but if I do this how do I claim a refund? FYI the 9pm bus still hasn’t turned up.
@SouthernRailUK Thanks Will. Staff are struggling to find a number for the cost centre for a taxi between tonbridge - redhill. None of the numbers they have work. Are you able to assist?
