@TLRailUK @TfL @TLProgramme Here’s the video evidence of the train I was in from Norwood junction to London Bridge which strolled just after new cross gate at 5:57 so the train was the 5:48. Get your updates right and get proof from other costumers, we had no water until a train arrived after 2 hours
