What are your thoughts on the positive and/ or negative impacts technology has in your practice / work?
I work in food manufacturing and I’m sure it’s already used by many companies but it would be interesting to see it used for problem solving. Supporting employees to identify the root cause. #LDInsight
#LDInsight EI&D is what makes this world amazing - why wouldn’t we promote it? For me it’s doing the simple things which have high impact. If I’m facilitating a conversation, I am including everyone, making sure everyone is heard & valued.

@BurnhamLandD@LnDConnect I’m on a path which is all about being open, honest, willing to show vulnerability and then tripping now and again and stepping on the path of perfectionism and “I should” know how to do this. Just need to remember to wear the right shoes so I don’t trip 😅. It’s a journey 😊
@shackletonjones Great illustration. Conversation, discussion, debate creates the experience in which so much learning takes place. Not staying quiet and listening to the “expert” at the front
#LDInsight Actively listening and asking some great questions to delve deeper into what’s actually going on for them and being very conscious to not be tempted to go straight into solutions even if they want you to 🙂
Have you been told that you are too nice, too accommodating, too supportive to your team?
🌱 Maybe some balance is needed. Our solution isn't to suddenly become less supportive.
Simply keep your support where it is, and take some time to add a little challenge to the mix.
