I finished The Infinite 10 Days ❤️

The last chapters completely tangled my brain, so I ended up going back and reading them all over again. 🙈 I don’t think I’ve ever read a story this complex before. Every time you think you finally understand what is happening, another layer opens up and changes the way you see everything that came before.

I honestly don’t even know how to describe how I feel after finishing it. My head is still full of thoughts, questions, and scenes I keep going back to. This book made me think, confused me, surprised me, broke my heart, and somehow still left me with warmth in the end. It is genuinely one of the best books I’ve read in a long time.

And of course, having Xiao Zhan as Qi Xia in my imagination the entire time made reading it even better. The further I got into the story, the more I wanted to see him bring this character to life.

I really hope we get to see the whole story adapted, no matter how many seasons it takes. Because now that I’ve finished the book, I realize how insignificant some of the concerns I’ve seen people discuss feel compared to the story itself. The clothes, whether the drama will be able to show all the violence and horror of the Land of Demise, what might have to be changed for the screen... Of course, I still want the adaptation to do justice to all of that, but after finishing the book, I feel like the most important thing is something else entirely.

I want to see Qi Xia’s whole journey and everything he went through. I want to see the story that made me feel so much while reading it, and I really hope the drama can make us feel the same way.
That’s what I’m looking forward to the most now.

And now comes the hardest part... waiting. 😴

I tried very hard to write this without spoilers. There is so much more I want to talk about and so many questions still running through my head, but I guess I’ll save all of that for when the drama finally airs.
