Started reselling on and off last year.
It took me ~1 year to use my first 1,000 shipping labels.
Then I got consistent.
The next 1,000 labels? ~1 month.
Same person. Same business.
Different pace once momentum kicked in.
Progress isn’t linear—stick with it.
The person who scales to $100k+ months quick af isn't a mythical creature
They almost always do it off a small number of high-volume FBM leads
Or they aren't even profitable in the first place (even if they think they are)
You're closer than you think, run your own race
Amazon Sellers, massive Keepa Update:
Keepa just dropped a silent update. Among them is this new filter, it's a bit like storefront stalking on steroids.
You can now view the entire historical product catalog of any seller on Amazon with just their seller ID.
Why is this helpful?
As you come across your own replens, seasonal scores, or arbitrage buys you naturally notice similar sellers on all of your same listings.
Instead of only reviewing their current catalog for new items to source you can now hunt for their items they are out of stock on but will be replenishing.
Find a seller who seems to be hitting all your same stores? Now you can see what they crushed with last holiday to track down this year for yourself.
Do you wholesale? Well now you just got access to your competitors entire catalog to reverse source distributors with.
If this is any indication of where Keepa is moving we could have some even better updates to come.
To test it out head to Keepa > Data > Product Finder and search for the section in my picture attached.
💰Top 5 Q4 mistakes keeping new Amazon sellers STUCK💰
Bookmark This
The best time of the year for sellers.
But so many new sellers make the same mistakes.
1. They pivot to toys
Do not just sell toys during Q4.
Everything sees a demand spike.
Therefore, there is much more money in just doing more, and better of what you are currently selling, as well as finding more and more adjacent opportunities.
2. They expect to FIND stuff good, not MAKE stuff good
VERY rarely will items just be profitable at the advertised price you see on a website.
And if they are, they will have lots of competition soon.
The best leads are the ones that are hidden behind discounts.
Discounts like Tax Exempt, Discounted gift cards, coupon codes, Holiday sales, and wholesale deals among others.
These are on TURBO mode during Q4, and its a beautiful thing. especially during Black Friday.
3. They don't prioritize merchant fulfilled
FBM is a cheat code.
No long check in times, extra profit on expedited shipping orders, and multiple unit orders.
As well as faster payouts and cash-flow.
FBM is amazing during Q4, especially after November 15th.
Take advantage of it!
4. Not taking advantage of Auto Ungates
Auto ungates are hype for beginners.
They need no approval from Amazon and let you list right away after hitting request approval and apply to sell.
Most new sellers don't even know they exist.
I hook up all my coaching students with profitable auto ungates week 1.
The best way to find them is storefront stalking off of cuddl duds, athletic works, and dinner (popular auto ungate brands) listings.
Then finding more from there.
5. Doing it solo mission
Amazon is a lonely game if you do it by yourself, which is the way most new sellers operate.
Meanwhile there is a select group of new sellers who clean up each year and completely change their life...
It's the folks who work together.
That are active in the community on discord, X, IG, etc.
Well connected sellers make more money, have more fun, and work less.
They have it on easy mode.
Stop hiding, and start building.
A good way to connect with other like minded sellers, as well as get plugged into all my favorite coupons, tips, tricks, and strategies is in my coaching program.
The exact system that has created 100+ $100k/mo+ sellers the past few years.
It's $500 off if you apply between now and Sunday for my 27th birthday.

LETS EAT UP!
OA is dead
Just placed a $41,000 order
Not wholesale, this was actually an OA purchase, just through a website that allows bulk orders
I should be able to sell all units in about 3 weeks and profit $9,180 on the order
So yes, OA is definitely dead
