Turns out the driver might’ve helped himself to my parcel as his now left the company since my order went missing. Makes me wonder what kind of employee selection process @YodelOnline has.

@YodelOnline The most incompetent courier service ever known. Misplaced my @littlewoods parcel 4 days ago. When I manage to get in contact with the customer service after a 30min wait each time they lie and still have no information regarding their so called investigation.
