One of the survivors of the Rafah tent massacre says, "I carried all six of my children in the palm of my hand. The flames burned them, and burned my heart with them."

What is striking is aggression, contempt and disrespect exhibited by police officer and impunity with which they destroy temporary memorial.

in 2009, the Sri Lankan military shelled hundreds of starved civilians who were queuing at food distribution centres in the ‘no fire zones’ of the Vanni. Now they are arresting those engaged in serving kanji in memory of the dead. https://t.co/EQZUxlH17R | https://t.co/6SmVavs8O8
76% of Gaza is under an evacuation order. Most is destroyed. Nowhere is safe. Civilians have been attacked everywhere they were ordered to go. Most are sick, wounded, disabled, hungry. This is not an “evacuation order. It is a death march. #Genocide#Palestine#Rafah#ICC#ICJ
The death sentence is sent through the sky on paper. Leave or you will die. We all know that whether they left or not, the occupation will chase and kill them. The death sentence has already been taken decades ago and the only crime is being a Palestinian.
5 years since Sri Lanka’s 2019 Easter Sunday attacks and we are yet to see justice for the victims & their families or any perpetrators held accountable as politicians continue to exploit the death of 269 people for electoral gains. The state of things. The status quo of things.
