@eBay_UK The buyer does not get the additional monies charged to them..Ebay does.
Just be transparent Ebay in your new money making rules. Do not call your extra charges to buyers 'buyers protection' when clearly the only thing being protected is Ebay's earnings.

@eBay_UK your new 'buyer protection' charges are somewhat misleading. Yes, Ebay no longer charge most sellers to list in Ebay..but out of the blue Ebay now add a charge to the buyer over and above one's listing price. Ebay say the charge is 'buyer protection'.

@TheMandyNetwork your customer service is a disgrace. You do not answer emails when the subject matter is money taken by you without any reminder. Therefore not giving one the option to renew or to cancel. Please respond asap.

@nationalexpress Why would your drivers want to purchase a ticket? The fact N.E. do not have a system that allows passengers to buy a ticket on boarding the coach is bad business and quite frankly..ridiculous.

@nationalexpress Husband arrives at H'row after an 8hour flight lands in time to get the 4pm coach to P'mouth. He did not have a ticket and was not allowed to board the coach as you have no system in place to buy a ticket on the coach! Call yourself the 'Nations #1' Really?!

@nationalexpress Not the point. If one is hurrying to catch the coach stopping to buy a ticket in the terminal could mean you miss the coach. Surely being able to buy a ticket on the coach is good customer service? Look it up if you are not sure what good customer service means.

@parcelforce dreadful. 48hr delivery to London collected on June 21st still not delivered. Back & forth nonsense from 'customer service'. The tracking trail shows how untogether PF is. Shame.
